You can add embroidery, such as a company logo, your name or title on many of our products. The best way of doing so is through our online embroidery form. Here's what you need to know:
Minimum Order
The minimum required order for new and repeat embroidery is three units of the same product SKU (style), of the same colour.
The order can include different sizes.
How it Works: The Process (don't worry, we'll be there to help you along the way)
New Orders: a one-off, new set-up charge of $65 will apply
- Fill in the online embroidery form
- Upload your logo (if applicable) (PDF or JPEG is good)
- We'll then email a visual proof for your approval
- Please confirm if you are happy with the proof by replying to our email
- Once we receive confirmation, we'll begin work on your custom order
Repeat Orders: No repeat set-up
- Fill in the online embroidery form
- Supply the last order number where prompted; if you don't have this, the logo/company name should be enough for us
- We will then email a repeat visual proof, to ensure it's all still correct
- Once we receive confirmation, we will begin work on your custom order
What you'll need to get started
- A copy of the logo if we're branding with your logo. A PDF or similar is perfect; we're using it to redraw the logo in embroidery format
- The position of your embroidery

- Standard position is left chest for jackets/shirts, with secondary on right sleeve.
- For aprons, left chest or centre front is standard and popular
- Note any pockets that could get in the way (it will sew them shut, and it won't look good)

- For text, names or titles, we'll need the desired font and colour, noting that these are used as a guide only, and the finished product's colour will use embroidery thread that is best matched to the colour selected.
